Cara memasak nasi punel:
- Masak air dengan sedikit garam hingga mendidih.
Cuci beras, lalu masukkan dalam air mendidih, masak hingga setengah matang (biji beras merekah dan apabila digigit masih terasa sedikit keras)
Tiriskan beras tersebut, lalu bilas dengan air hangat dan tiriskan kembali.
Masukkan nasi setengah matang dalam rice cooker.
Beri 1/2 sdt mentega/margarin dan 1/2 sdt minyak pada permukaan nasi, lalu nyalakan rice cooker seperti biasanya.- Setelah rice cooker otomatis mati, buka tutupnya dan aduk-aduk nasi, sajikan selagi hangat.... hhhhmmmm... lezatt ;)
