Empal Goreng


Bahan-bahan:
700 gr Daging sapi (suppenfleisch ohne knochen)
400 ml Santan setengah kental
4 lembar Daun jeruk
2 batang Serai, geprek
Bumbu halus :
2 sdm Ketumbar bubuk
1 sdm Jintan bubuk
2 sdm Kunyit bubuk
2 cm (sebesar jempol) Lengkuas
2 sdm Asam jawa
2 sdm Gula jawa
1 siung Bawang bombay
5 siung Bawang putih
Garam

Cara membuat:
  1. Rebus daging hingga setengah empuk.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus beserta daun jeruk dan serai hingga harum.
  3. Campurkan bumbu dan santan kedalam rebusan daging.
  4. Potong daging menurut selera, rebus kembali hingga empuk.
  5. Panaskan minyak banyak, goreng daging sampai kecoklatan (jangan terlalu lama, karena daging menjadi keras)
